Sold-Out Show for Gladys Roldan-de-Moras in San Antonio

Gladys Roldan-de-Moras had an exceptional showing at the Night of Artists exhibition at the Briscoe Western Art Museum in San Antonio, Texas. The artist, who supported her work for the event with advertising in the March issue of Western Art Collector, sold all of her work at the annual event and took home the Sam Houston Award for Best Painting. “The Night of Artists was a wonderful event, with top-of-the-line art, and it was well attended and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone,” the artist says. “It was a glimmer of hope after the dark night of the pandemic. I am grateful to the collections committee, who unanimously awarded my painting Untitled (Traje de Luces) the Sam Houston Award for Best painting.”
