Collector’s Focus: Into the Wilderness

Returning to the February issue of Western Art Collector, and now in its seventh year, is the annual special section Collector’s Focus: Into the Wilderness, which is devoted to the lands of the West and the creatures that reside in them. The beauty of nature will be on full view as we look at historic and contemporary artists who have been captivated by the raw power of America’s wilderness. Subjects will include landscapes and images of wildlife, but also artworks that combine the two and offer a stunning look into the untamed beauty of the American West. Readers will see critters in desert landscapes, elk in snowy meadows, bears wading through salmon-filled streams and other scenes showing places where wildlife and nature collide together in spectacular ways.
