Jeremy Winborg on a hot streak at InSight Gallery
Jeremy Winborg, quickly becoming one of those must-collect Western artists, recently sold a major 48-by-48-inch work at InSight Gallery. The piece, Rising Sage, shows a young subject as she burns sage and swipes at the wafting smoke with a large feather. The background of the painting shows a smattering of clouds, which complements the deep red of the girl’s elk-tooth dress. For more information, visit www.insightgallery.com

Large Amber Blazina work sells at Gallery Wild
A pair of collectors dropped into Gallery Wild in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and found something they liked so much they quickly returned home to measure the space on their wall. Not long after, they came back to the gallery to make the purchase. The work was Amber Blazina’s 48-by-96-inch Exhilaration. “Amber Blazina captured incredible movement in this piece and no one could walk in the Gallery Wild door without an exclamation, all it needed was the right wall,” says Gallery Wild’s Jenny Fitzgerald. “Standing in front of it you can almost hear the hooves on the ground and feel the slow motion as they are suspended mid-stride, creating a calm moment that makes you hold your breath for a beat. The collectors were gripped by this experience and they also have the absolute perfect place in their beautiful home!” —
