Now in its fifth year, the Montana Watercolor Society’s annual Members Watermedia Art Sale returns once again to Great Falls during Western Art Week. The show, which will run concurrently with the Out West Art Show & Sale at the Heritage Inn in Great Falls, will feature prominent Montana artists who work in watercolor and other water-based mediums.

Previous years shows were larger, with many more artists, but this year’s show has reduced the number of artists to help create more space for visitors and collectors to browse the artwork, ask questions and make informed purchases. New overhead track lighting has also been purchased for this year’s show to bring more light onto the artworks.

Returning artists are Sallie Bowen, Roberta Burruss, Jack Dykstra, Jessica Glenn, Karen Leigh, Shimi McKenzie, Ron Paulick and Margo Voermans. New artists this year are Jodi Gear, Ilene Paulsen and Carol McSweeney.
