“The timing to bring Kevin on board is ideal. With 15 years of consistent growth, our auction brand has never been stronger,” says auction partner Roxanne Hofmann Mowery. “Our client base is expanding. Our aim is to meet their expectations for greater opportunities by fulfilling their buying and selling needs within categories that are naturally aligned with our expertise…My partners and
I agree that Kevin is the perfect fit to help the Jackson Hole Art Auction take the next step in the evolution of the brand. His proven track record at Sotheby’s and broad sales category experience will move us smartly in the right direction.”

In addition to the big September sale, which realized $8.9 million in 2021, Doyle will also oversee the upcoming Wyoming Art Auction, an online-only sale that will take place February 18 and 19.

“Building on the brand’s success in the sale of Western and wildlife art, I see great potential in expanding the Jackson Hole Art Auction into other collecting categories, be it luxury goods, furniture, decorative arts or Native American art to name a few,” Doyle says. “Our auctions’ large buying pool has a natural affinity for other sales categories. It is our intent to serve their needs with the same quality of products and services, whether they are buying or selling collectibles, that has been emblematic of the Jackson Hole Art Auctions’ long history of success.”
