November 2026

Show Your Artwork in Our November Issue. Plan your marketing around these specially focused features.

One of the most cherished and beloved sub-genres within Western art is the nocturne. These nighttime and moonlit scenes evoke the peace, tranquility and beauty of the American West, and we celebrate them in our first-ever special section Collector’s Focus: Into the Night – Nocturnes of the West, debuting in the November 2026 issue. Works by Frederic Remington, and Frank Tenney Johnson made nocturnes famous, but generations of artists continued the tradition. Today these works are celebrated at the highest levels of Western art. Join us as we go deep into the night with Nocturnes of the West.

Returning after a successful first year in 2025 is Collector’s Focus: Spirit of the Southwest. This section will examine the fusion of cultures, art and traditions that have long been the foundation of the American Southwest, from Texas and New Mexico to Arizona, Southern Utah and Southern California. The Southwest is known for its unique mixing of cultures and people, from Spanish missions and Mexican vaqueros, to Native American influences from the pueblo and other Indigenous peoples, to Anglo influences that originated when artists and explorers ventured into the Western frontier prominently in the 1800s. Celebrate this unique place in this vibrant section in the November issue.
